Independently, what have you done to work towards professional development in the past?

I am a curious person by nature which leads me to lots of learning opportunities. I sign up for classes that will stretch me out of my comfort zone so that I can try new things to see if I may have a talent I was unaware of.

Tell us about a career accomplishment of which you’re particularly proud.

I was nominated and attended a leadership course which helped me fine tune my leadership skills.

Looking back, what advice would you give yourself when you were first starting your career?

Be confident, your voice matters and you are an important part of the team. Speak up.

How do you define success within your role as an Executive Assistant?

I define success by driving impact for my executive, my team, and business. I help to keep things moving forward by unblocking issues, creating clear communication, and keeping my executive on track to deliver on priorities.
