1) In your mind, what is one tool you can’t live without or find especially helpful in your position?

I am often participating in meetings or working on projects away from my desk. Technology with mobile capabilities is key to helping me remain accessible and productive while I am on the go.

2) Looking back, what advice would you give yourself when you were first starting your career?

Hone those “people skills!” Effectively putting emotional intelligence into practice can foster strong relationships and create the best outcomes when managing interactions or situations. It’s never too early to start practicing the art of EQ.

3) How do you define success within your role as an executive assistant?

It is rewarding to see how my contributions make a positive impact, whether it be through helping colleagues achieve their goals or finding creative solutions to overcome challenges. The definition of success to me is when I have made a difference in someone’s day.
